How to stop hair loss

Hair loss is considered a disorder that affects thousands of men around the world.
Have you expressed restlessness when you see more hair than usual on the pillow or comb? The concern becomes manifest when the hair does not regrow in the usual way or when it becomes finer and more brittle. It is at that point when it is essential to resort to some treatment against hair loss.

When hair loss is caused by causes such as a lack of nutrients, pollution, tobacco and anxiety, hair lotions or nutritional supplements can help with this condition. However, the best decision is to resort to a specialized hair restoration center to know precisely the type of alopecia that occurs and the ideal treatment for that specific case.

90% of hair disorders are due to androgenetic alopecia, commonly known as baldness. This type of fall is of genetic origin so resorting to the previous treatments would be ineffective. For these cases, there are effective solutions to stop hair loss.

Next, we will talk about the different treatments that exist to control hair loss:

Pharmacological procedures: Minoxidil and Finasteride

Minoxidil is a pharmacological treatment against hair loss accredited by medical competitions for more than a decade. Its vasodilator function is prescribed for hair loss in men and women. This substance delays hair loss and activates its growth in countless patients. Its effectiveness has been proven in more than 40% of cases in areas of the scalp such as the crown.

Another effective alternative is to opt for Finasteride, a drug indicated exclusively for hair loss in men. This treatment inhibits the transformation of testosterone into DHT (Dihydrotestosterone), the hormone responsible for hair loss. Finasteride has the power to stop hair loss in 80% of cases and increases hair growth up to 70%. In addition, it intervenes by stopping the action of androgens that are the promoters of the acceleration of the hair cycle.

Both Minoxidil and Finasteride are very effective treatments, however, they must be administered for life since, at the moment in which they stop being applied, the hair that has managed to tolerate the loss, would fall out in a few days.

Covid-19 puts the home office model to the test

Covid-19 puts the home office model to the test Currently, we have the technological and digital tools that allow us to carry out most of our professional activities remotely, that is, through the home office. However, there are organizations that have not yet made the leap towards this work model.  And, precisely, the situation in the face of Covid-19 has exerted "pressure" for this to happen.  And it is certainly the only way to keep moving forward, without stopping the day-to-day operation of a business. What to do to implement an effective and productive home office strategy? 1.-Breaking paradigms.  First of all, we must break with some paradigms, such as: "The employees of an organization require continuous supervision so that the activities are executed." It is an outdated paradigm;  However, if it is true, we are talking about a very basic level of collaborators.  It depends on their maturity but, at the same time, on the leader, feeling that they have r...
